Besides online courses, you also have an inbuilt coaching feature, consulting calendar, video integration, subscription-based communities, podcasting opportunities that can be made freely available to your user groups or monetised and a partner program. You can easily make these choices based on what you are striving to achieve for your business specifically.
Depending on what kind of product you will be offering, the creation process might be a little different, but it’s a fairly easy - streamlined process, so you shouldn’t have any difficulties. If you do struggle with it in any way, you use Kajabi's short video tutorials.
Website Builder and Marketing Automation
Besides offering you a simple way to create your services and products, you also get an all-in-one platform with a website builder for creating landing pages and marketing tools to track and sell your products.
Though I liked the tools for creating sales funnels, email marketing, and tracking leads, I did find the website builder a bit lacking in its range and flexibility with its pre-built free templates, but you can just make changes to them, or use one of their paid options.

As a sole trader with over two decades of experience with my WordPress sites, I noticed that WP has more website-building features and capabilities. However, I eventually transferred one of my WP websites to Kajabi as I found WordPress lacking when it came to providing a seamless, cost-effective - modern course-building experience. Kajabi also offered far more features for less money!
Kajabi University and Free Training
Something a lot of people might overlook is the Kajabi University, but I highly recommend you take a look through their catalogue of lessons and training videos.
You can find many simple, quick and clear video tutorials to help with marketing, sales, and much much more in the training section. Kajabi will also send you helpful information, links to tutorials and training courses.
If you have specific questions, you can send in a support ticket or request to schedule a private call with them.
Summarising Thoughts
I had no difficulty creating products and running a few offers inside Kajabi.
Everything is pretty easy to understand and the user experience is excellent!
It didn't take me long at all to get used to the platform [in fact I enjoyed it!] but I did have previous experience so maybe it was slightly easier for me, but compared to some other platforms that I’ve used, like WordPress, Mailchimp, etc, the Kajabi dashboard was one of the easiest/beginner-friendly dashboards that I’ve used.
A few days of the free trial period was more than enough time to get the hang of everything. However, it does make more sense to sign up for the 30-day free trial period [over their standard 14 days] as the free 30-day period will save you some money.

The only thing I will say though is once you begin paying for their services, the basic Kajabi plan only allows you to sell 3 products, so the basic beginner plan is a bit limited. But hey, it's pretty useful for those of you who are in the very early stages of your business journey. You'll pay less while still having PLENTY of room to grow your online business over time.

- Open Settings from the Dashboard
- Choose Billing under Account Settings
- Scroll down to Plan Details
- And click Please Cancel My Account
How To Get a Refund
As long as you cancel within 30 days of payment, you'll be eligible for a refund.
You should automatically get a refund when you cancel within the time frame, but in case you don’t receive your money back, then you can email the Kajabi billing team at [email protected]
